1978 Melges M20 in NJ-Make Offer

The Potomac River (PO) Inland 20 fleet held first annual Potomac River Inland 20 Scow Fleet Cherry Blossom Regatta. And fittinly, Ohio sailor Jeff Patten scored his his first-ever win.
